1. Seller

Zeal Peptides is a trade name of Trip’s E-commerce, Hoofdweg 87, 7782PR De Krim, Netherlands, KVK 75772604, BTW NL002384713B70, info@peptidebrandlab.com.

2. Research use only

All products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicines, not for human or veterinary use, not for food use, and are not offered for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that the products will be used only for that purpose. We may cancel any order where we have reason to believe otherwise.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and are shown per vial or per container as listed. Shipping is charged at a flat €9.95 per order and shown before you pay. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the United States and the member states of the European Union in 1–5 business days, tracked. Any import duties or charges raised by the destination country are payable by the recipient.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted only when an order arrives broken or does not arrive, as set out on the shipping and returns page.

7. Product information and certificates

Product pages state what a container holds. Where a laboratory report is published, it is reproduced as issued by the laboratory and applies to the sample that laboratory analysed. We do not give advice on handling, preparation, quantities or the suitability of any product for an experiment.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for loss arising from use of a product outside the research purpose it is supplied for.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
