What is fast here, and what is not
Delivery is fast: 1–5 business days, tracked, to the United States and the European Union, and support is answered within one business day. Testing is not. A report comes back from the laboratory when the analysis is done, and until it does the product says Certificate pending rather than pretending otherwise. Those are the two speeds this business runs at and we would rather be explicit about both.
Testing
Samples are sent to Analiza Białek sp. z o.o., ul. Duńska 9, Wrocław. HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for identity, against the calculated free-base mass. A report that fails is kept on file and never published.
Purity, where it can be checked
Where a report is published, the product shows the laboratory’s purity figure and links the document it came from: printed by the laboratory, next to the method, with a verification code attached. Where there is no report, no figure is shown.
