Where we ship
The United States and the 27 member states of the European Union. Checkout only accepts addresses in those countries.
Delivery time
1–5 business days, tracked.
Cost
€9.95 flat rate per order, whatever is in it.
Returns
Returns are accepted only when an order arrives broken or does not arrive. Unwanted, opened or wrongly ordered items cannot be returned.
Arrived broken
Email info@peptidebrandlab.com or use the contact form with your order number and a photograph of the damaged item and its packaging. We replace or refund the broken item.
Not arrived
If your order has not arrived, contact us with your order number. We check the tracking with the carrier and replace or refund the order if it is lost.
